Taylor-Momsen

Taylor Momsen is an American actor, model, and singer who hails from St. Louis Missouri. Taylor Momsen is an American singer-songwriter as well as model and actress who hails from St. Louis, Missouri. Her most well-known role is Jenny Humphrey in the CW show Gossip Girl. Her music has been featured on television and film shows such as How to Be Single, Going the Distance and Two and a Half Men. Taylor Momsen's younger sibling Sloane Momsen also works as an actor. She studied dance in the Center of Creative Arts in St. Louis. She began acting professionally when she was three in a 1997 national commercial for Shake and Bake. Momsen was on hiatus in her career for three years, before being cast as the lead in Misconceptions which is a WB television series. Momsen starred also in Saving Shiloh in 2006 at the time. Momsen also tried out for the role of Hannah Montana's title character Hannah Montana and was in the top three but the role was instead awarded instead to Miley Cyrus.
