Ariel Khadr

Ariel Khadr, sponsored model and IFBB Fitness Pro competitor, is an athlete who competes. Ariel Khadr started her fitness modeling career when she turned 16 and she stopped the sport of gymnastics. In the course of a year she earned her Pro Card when she was 17. Ariel Khadr, sponsored athlete and IFBB Fitness Pro competitor model. She first began to participate in fitness shows after giving up the gymnastics she had been doing in her youth. In just one year she earned her Pro Card at age 17. She was the most youthful IFBB Pro ever. Ariel had a six-year break from the stage after earning her Pro Card to complete her studies at college. Her return to competition in 2015 was an extension of her previous efforts, wherein she participated in events of the highest level such as Mr. Olympia or the Toronto Pro Supershow. Following her debut show, she continued competing for a long time and establishing higher goals each year. She was awarded four more fitness awards by the end of the year. This included the 2009 NPC Team Universe Fitness Nationals Champion which saw her become one of the most youthful IFBB Fitness Pro in history (aged 17). Ariel Ariel Ariel has taken the time off for six years from competing following her professional card's issuance in order to complete her university education. Her return came in October 2015 with her first IFBB Fitness Pro debut in The 2015 Phoenix Europa Games. At the end of the day, she finished 3rd at the show. In the summer of 2016, she won the IFBB Toronto Pro Supershow. This meant that she was able to participate in Fitness Olympia. The Olympian took to the stage a month later, and was crowned sixth place in the Fitness Division. Ariel acknowledges that she did not have any expectation. She was happy with her placement. Considering she was battling against some of the top competitors. Ariel is getting stronger each year. Ariel is a fan of working on your lower back. Her usual back workout is made up of bent over rows single arm lat pull-downs using a machine, pull-ups and seated rows. Ariel usually starts warming up before moving onto the work outs. Ariel is also very efficient with her time. The supersetting of all exercises back into three or four 10-12 rep supersets is what she does.
