Ellie Goulding
Ellie Goulding (born Elena Jane Goulding born on December 30, 1986 in Hereford, England) is a English singer-songwriter. Ellie Goulding dominated the UK charts in 2010 with her irresistible electronic pop tracks "Starry Eyed" as well as Guns and Horses. Although she started out writing songs in a folk-inflected style, she eventually grew into a more electronic-influenced artist, touching upon dance music and ambient synth pop. Goulding has an unique soprano scream, and an aptitude for writing emotional songs with positive lyrics. Much like her predecessors Kate Bush or Imogen, she's on the cutting edge of modern mainstream pop and the artful independent music. Polydor Records offered her a deal as a major label. She started to plan for the release.
